About The Jewelry

Pieces are handcrafted using semiprecious gemstones, freshwater pearls, sterling and fine silvers and 14/20 gold fill. Natural gemstones may vary in size and color.

Availability and Custom Orders

Custom orders may be created. Most current items may be created in karat golds. Please inquire for a quote on adjusted pricing. Please inquire using the contact form.

Payment

Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Transactions are sent over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection and processed by Authorize.net. Information from transactions will not be released to third parties. Washington state orders will be subject to sales tax for purchase and shipping costs.

Packaging and Shipping

All Yen Jewelry orders include gift packaging, which includes a gift box with ribbon and logo accents; a beautiful logo embroidered satin storage pouch; and, for earrings, a letterpressed earring card. While some items are available for immediately delivery, many pieces are made to order and will be shipped 2 weeks from the date of order, although all efforts are made to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Rush orders may be made for an additional charge. Please inquire using the contact form for details. Items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping for orders under $100 is $8 and over $100 is free.

Returns

Should you wish to return your purchase in its original condition and packaging with the receipt, within 7 days of delivery, you will be entitled to store credit, minus shipping and handling fees. For returns on orders that were eligible for free shipping, your credit will be the price of the item(s), minus shipping and handling that Yen Jewelry paid to ship the order. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return. Email returns{at}yenjewelry.com for details and return shipping address. Since Yen Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during the return shipping process, please insure your return for its full value, pack it securely and obtain a tracking number.

Returns

Yen Jewelry stands behind its designs and will offer free repairs for orders that have damaged from shipping or normal wear and tear within the first 30 days of the receipt of order. Any repairs needed after this period of time may be repaired for a time and materials fee and applicable shipping costs.
